Just A Bit More Spunk : fourth batch of 2009

Brewed on the afternoon of July 12, 2009

 

4 lb Munton's Plain Dark malt extract
2 oz Cascade hop pellets 6.0%
1 oz Hallertau hop pellets 3.7%
1968 London ESB from Wyeast

 

Boiled the malt extract for 45 minutes before adding 2 oz of Cascade hop pellets and boiling them for 20 more minutes. Added 1 oz Hallertau hop pellets and boiled for an additional 12 minutes before removing the brew pot from the heat.
